The two other attachments from INPA demonstrate correct intake/exhaust eccentric shaft advancement during both idle and revving the engine. Then pull off valve cover and check your timing. Start from simple things like eliminating possibility of bad crankshaft/camshaft position sensors or vacuum leak due to failed vacuum lines, especially those that get to turbo's wastegate. Decided to do ledges with new seals while I was in there and also replaced some faulty lifters. Sounds like blown turbos. If you've experienced 2A98 and 2A99 codes on your N54 powered 335i, I recommend checking the camshaft position sensor impulse wheels first. Engine runs smoothly on cold winter starts as indicated by the INPA rough running screen. Replaced cam position sensors, vanos solenoids twice, oil filter cage, and crank sensor to no avail.
