The two other attachments from INPA demonstrate correct intake/exhaust eccentric shaft advancement during both idle and revving the engine. Then pull off valve cover and check your timing. Start from simple things like eliminating possibility of bad crankshaft/camshaft position sensors or vacuum leak due to failed vacuum lines, especially those that get to turbo's wastegate. Decided to do ledges with new seals while I was in there and also replaced some faulty lifters. Sounds like blown turbos. If you've experienced 2A98 and 2A99 codes on your N54 powered 335i, I recommend checking the camshaft position sensor impulse wheels first.
