Is there an app similar to 5x5 that lets you input your own choices of exercises/set amount of reps etc? As I'm slowly transitioning out of the program, I found the organization extremely helpful but I can no longer really use it since the types of exercises are limited. This isn't really my first time on stronglifts, but I haven't been to the gym or on the program in over 6 months.
